Bird List Links

We have 2 lists now:
Link to Greyton Area Bird List
  • This is a Greyton Area Birding List (courtesy of Stuart Shearer) in a Spreadsheet Format.
Stuart points out that ...."It is not a Western Cape list, but a Greyton environs list. What might be or has been seen in this area, roughly bounded by the N2, the R406 to Riviersondernd and Caledon and the areas across Middleplaas to the R43 to Villiersdorp. I have just updated it with two regional rarities identified this year - Comb Duck and Black Cuckoo."  Count at 12/10/2009  = 229

    and
  • a Sonderend Bird List (courtesy of Rodney Wills) - also a sortable Spreadsheet format

  1. I will send the list to Brian - it is an Excel file. It is not a Western Cape list, but a Greyton environs list. What might be or has been seen in this area, roughly bounded by the N2, the R406 to Riviersondernd and Caledon and the areas across Middleplaas to the R43 to Villiersdorp. I have just updated it with two regional rarities identified this year - Comb Duck and Black Cuckoo.

  2. This is an excellent resource Stuart thank you. Of this list, what would you class as 'specials' for the area?
